You retain ownership of your underlying data. However, by using the Services, you grant JPC Group a broad, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, process, adapt, disclose, and otherwise use that data for:

• Providing the Services;
• Operating, maintaining, and improving JPC Group's systems;
• Compliance, audit, and regulatory purposes; and
• JPC Group's internal business and commercial purposes.

You acknowledge that JPC Group may generate derived data, metadata, analytics, and insights from your use of the Services. All such derived and aggregated data is owned exclusively by JPC Group and may be used without restriction, provided it does not identify you as an individual.

You warrant that you have full authority to provide any information relating to third parties (including employees, contractors, suppliers, factories, and site personnel). You are solely responsible for obtaining any required consents and for compliance with applicable privacy laws in relation to that information. You indemnify JPC Group against any claim arising from a breach of this obligation.

• Overseas partners and subcontractors
• Banks, insurers, and credit agencies

• Courts, regulators, and law enforcement agencies
• Professional advisers
• Any party where disclosure is required or desirable to protect JPC Group's legal, commercial, or operational interests

JPC Group implements security measures it considers appropriate, which may change from time to time. You acknowledge that:

• No system is completely secure;
• JPC Group does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation; and
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activity conducted under your account.

Where required by law, JPC Group will notify affected parties and regulators of an eligible data breach. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JPC Group is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from any data breach.
